It was great to be invited back to the Hay Social Media group last week, this time to discuss Selling on Facebook and how to create an engaged community to drive sales.
Last week I was invited to talk at a meet up about selling on Instagram and specifically around using Instagram Shopping for business. Instagram is one of the fastest growing social media platforms, with over 1 billion active users worldwide (that’s over an 8th of the world’s population!) and 500 million of those are active daily!
We’ve collated some of our top tips when using Instagram for your business. We’ve kept it short and sweet, so feel free to contact us with any queries or questions.
Firstly you need to make sure you have Facebook business page set up, if you are using a personal page for your business, this will need to be merged over.
If you’re a business and you haven’t switched your Instagram account from a personal profile to a business profile, you’re missing out on some great features, such as: Insights, Shoppable Posts and Advertising.

2018 has been the year of change for me, and yes I know we're in October.
